Vincenzo was great, showed up on a whim without a reservation and he got us going in minutes w a very nice Vespa. It had a locking trunk and the seat flipped up for more storage in a lockable space… Very handy for scooting around town and seeing all the sites. He was very helpful when we had to arrange a later return and ultimately after hours drop off… Can’t say enough nice things about, Vincenzo and their service!

Vincenzo is amazing! Best place to get a Vespa (scooter from) speaks Spanish English and of course his own language. Very very helpful and knowledgeable.

This is hands down the best way to get around Rome. Don’t have to sit in traffic if you understand and drive like the Italians do hahah. But you can really enjoy and go all over. When I come back I definitely will rent from here$

Alquilamos una moto por 2 días. Cuando fuimos a recogerla a las 7:15 pm nos dijo que deberíamos haber llegado antes fe las 7 pm (a pesar de que el en mail que nos llegó cuando la reservamos decía que su horario de atención era hasta las 8 pm. El primer día no prendía pero otro motociclista nos ayudó (se demoró como 10 minutos) hasta que logró prenderla, nos comentó que seguro algo le estaba fallando. Al día siguiente la moto nuevamente no prendía y no volvió a prender. Nos cambiaron de moto a una eléctrica que tuvimos hasta el final. Cuando la fuimos a dejar (a las 3:15 pm) la oficina estaba cerrada a pesar de que abrían de 3 pm a 7 pm según su cartel en la puerta. Tuvimos que llamar y nos indicaron que dejáramos la moto al costado de la tienda y que dejemos las llaves en un buzón al costado de la puerta.

We had a BAD experience.

If you experience bad service through this company, I suggest calling or emailing your credit card company to get your refund instead of OnMovo’s customer service (it actually works really well👍🏼). OnMovo is not easy to work with and might ignore you like they have us.

Our self service electric bike unexpectedly broke down (with 75% battery left), and we called OnMovo through WhatsApp. After 15 minutes of being on the phone and the bike still not working, we waited in the cold for an OnMovo associate to bring us another electric bike. We were told that we could use the new bike for an hour and park and it anywhere within the city and would be refunded €18 for the inconvenience. I literally had the employee on the phone repeat that to me 3 times, and he guaranteed our refund!

My wife has contacted their WhatsApp multiple times now and we both have emailed [email protected] for our refund, but no one responds. We haven’t been refunded, and it’s been 3 weeks now.

You might have a good experience with this company if nothing goes wrong 🤞🏼but if anything does happen, it’s gonna cost you because OnMovo cares more about money than the customer. 👎🏼

•Hopefully management will respond to this review, so that we can negotiate our refund. Then I can update this review•
