Assolutamente negativa. Abito a Nettuno e ho prenotato più di un mese fa un kimco 125 per il noleggio a lungo termine (un mese) al Sig. Daniele, in questo mese ho telefonato più volte per sincerarmi che era tutto a posto, l'ultima volta venerdi 1 luglio, venivo ovviamente rassicurato che era tutto a posto. Morale, prendo il treno da Nettuno questa mattina e arrivato in negozio all'apertura il motorino non c'era. Mi è stato detto di ripassare il pomeriggio o di noleggiare quasi al doppio un altro scooter, perché non era stato riconsegnato. Poca professionalità, molta superficialità. Sono dovuto ritornare a casa in treno.

in realtà non ha più questo nome, ma è sempre un noleggio, attenzione solo di motorini e non biciclette. In ogni caso la mia esperienza è stata ottima, tutto bene, ho preso il motorino meno costoso ma ha funzionato egregiamente. Ottimo il servizio dei ragazzi allo sportello.

Best option to see all Rome by two days!

Great moto rental company in Rome. They have the friendly staff, good conditions and the most thing: they have good bikes from Vespa 50cc to Ducati Scrambler.
I rented a bike in March 2017 and I am pleased.

And I was confused by different names between city and online (My Vespa & On road)

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!! My wife and I very recently (Aug. 2017) rented a scooter and returned it with no issues - no accidents, scratches, bumps, damage, etc... nothing. We had the scooter for 4 hours and the only thing that touched the body of the scooter was air and our legs. Three days after we left Rome, we received an email claiming there was damage to the scooter and attaching a clearly fraudulent invoice stating the amount to repair the scooter was (conveniently) exactly 300 Euros. They also sent alleged pictures of the damage, which included every tiny "normal wear and tear" minor scratch (like smaller than a grain of rice) they could find around the entire body (front, sides, back, top and bottom) of the scooter and claimed I was responsible for all of it, as though this 2 year old rental scooter was in mint condition. What's worse, I looked at photographs we took on the scooter before we left the store and you can clearly see the tiny scratches and dents they claimed I caused already on the scooter before they rented it to me. I sent them these photographs and explained the photos proved the rental agency was attempting to charge me for pre-existing damage on the scooter. Of course they gave me lip service, said the photos were not clear to them, blah, blah, and went ahead with charging my account. I am bringing a fraud dispute with my bank and the credit card agency. Again, I HIGHLY ADVISE you rent from somewhere else, unless you are okay with the risk you will be blamed and charged for every pre-existing scratch and dent on whatever item you rent. If you go through with it, make sure to take a 360 degree video of every square inch of the scooter and do a 25 minute documented damage inspection before you take the scooter out, or else you risk being footed with a phony bill to "refresh" their inventory.
