Di smart questo autonoleggio non ha proprio nulla. Vivono negli anni della pietra e non consentono di pagare con la carta nel telefono, e quella fisica non va bene perché la mia banca ha deciso di non specificare l’intestatario a caratteri cubitali sulla mia carta, seppur lo stesso intestata a me. Per il cambio intestatario e inserire una carta per loro valida hanno aumentato il prezzo di 4 volte. Ci hanno lasciato a piedi compromettendo la nostra vacanza senza un minimo di umanità o soluzioni alternative, ma almeno non ho dato un euro a questi truffatori

Several companies are involved here, I rented with RentSmart24, here in Maps name is GetMyCar and shuttle van and parking is labeled as ParkingGo

My experience was nothing less than perfect. Car on time, staff quick and clear indications, on time shuttle van, car clean and working as expected. To add a minor negative point, the blue disk to be used in temporary parkings in Italy was not in my car

Rental cars are always risky but my experience was great, I'd give 2 pieces of advice to users: add a good insurance and check for damages/scratches when picking

We came late evening so was important for us to choose rental which will be open till late evening hours - there is not so many of them at the airport. Shuttle bus delivered us to rental office -5 mins drive.
Pickup & return was quick and efficient. Lady at the desk spoke fluent english, all was in line with previously recived terms and conditions of rental. You need to leave credit card deposit in case of damages, this should not be a surprise, you are not renting a horse cab 😂 you need to return clean car as well. if you do not agree with rules you can rent in other company but pay much more... Choice is yours. Seems to me quite a lot of people here do not read T&C and are 'surprised' at the end. Use your brain, this is best app you may get😁👍

Avoid this company. very cheap and they will scam you 100%.
Was renting a car in mid January for 10 days. Received dirty, fully scratched car with low battery in key, which was hardly working later. Later got also error of cooling liquid and had to buy to fulfill it. Though drove in total only 500 km in 9 days.
At the return was said that all good, but next day found charges on credit card. Customer support is not helpful at all, and the only their argument is that they are very good company with million happy customers.

SCAM!!!

Picked up our car yesterday. Due to bad weather, our flight was a little later. We arrived a few minutes after 11:00 pm. What do you think? A surcharge of €75!!!

And the website just sells that they have no hidden fees. Bizarre. For us the last time.

If you don't want to face surprising costs, definitely don't rent here!

Diese Mietwagenfirma ist generell in Ordnung. Am Flughafen angekommen hatte ich leider noch keine Info wo genau ich abgeholt werde. Die Mietwagenfirma war aber schnell erreichbar und schickte auch gleich die Infos, welche man besser schon vorab erhalten sollte. Generell muss ich sagen daß die Kommunikation gut funktionierte, auch über WhatsApp. Der gebuchte Fiat 500 war ein Fiat Panda und hatte leider schon 37.000 km. Er war rundum beschädigt, die Schäden wurden aber alle bei der Übernahme eingetragen. Ich würde in diesem Fall empfehlen, Fotos von allen Seiten zu machen. Als ich in der Nacht losfuhr, stellte ich auf der Autobahn fest, daß das Scheibenwaschwasser nicht aufgefüllt wurde. Ausgestattet ist der Wagen leider nur mit Sommerreifen und Schneesocken im Kofferraum, hier wären für Norditalien/Österreich Schneeketten zwingend notwendig. Die Rückgabe war unkompliziert und der Wagen wurde sehr genau auf weitere Schäden untersucht. Die Kaution wurde noch am selben Tag rücküberwiesen. Nachdem ich die anderen Bewertungen las, hatte ich das Auto innen und außen vor der Rückgabe noch gereinigt, um Probleme zu vermeiden. Mein Resümee, ich würde die Mietwagenfirma Rent24 weiterempfehlen und auch wieder dort buchen.
